Where do you deliver orders?
Currently, we only offer shipping to customers located within the United States. To ensure smooth and efficient service, we do not process international orders at this time. We truly appreciate your support of our domestic operations and are committed to delivering an outstanding experience for our U.S.-based customers.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Our cut-off time is 5:00 PM (MST) from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (MST) on Fridays will be processed on the next business day (excluding holidays).
If order processing exceeds 10 business days without prior notice, we offer two options:
- Provide a full refund without shipping the order, or
- Expedite the shipment immediately and issue a $5 coupon as compensation.
We exclusively use USPS Shipping for shipping, which typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery. Therefore, orders are generally delivered within 3-7 business days.
Note: Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase, as it cannot be modified after the order is dispatched.
Who covers the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping via USPS Shipping for orders of $29.99 or more. For orders under $29.99, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 will be applied.
Who is responsible for sales tax?
You don’t need to worry about paying sales tax. Any applicable taxes are covered by the merchant.
How can I track my order?
To track your order after it has been shipped, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
What if my package doesn’t arrive after a long time?
First, verify that the shipping information you provided on your order is correct. If the information was entered incorrectly, you are responsible.
However, if the shipping information is accurate and the product has not arrived within 60 calendar days of shipment, you may choose between a full refund or having the product reshipped.
What happens if my order is lost during transit?
