Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. After placing your order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping is handled through USPS Shipping, which generally takes 2-5 business days. This brings the total delivery time to approximately 3-7 business days.

What should I do if my order is missing or hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t been delivered within 60 days, first verify the shipping details you provided. Contact customer service to choose between a refund or having the order re-shipped.
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
Orders can only be canceled within 30 minutes of being placed. After that, cancellation is not possible. However, you may return the item after receiving it if it meets our Return Policy requirements.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in new condition with their original packaging. Worn, damaged, or used items will not qualify. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
